And for you iPhone users out there, RingCentral now has a application for your phone. It allows you to manage your voicemail, see call history, and even call out from your iPhone using your RingCentral number, without revealing your actual cell phone number.
This is definitely an incredible tool, and makes the service truly portable. |
DISLIKES
Voicemail messages only stay in the system for 30 days. However you do have the option to download them to your desktop computer. Additionally, it can take time to transfer an existing phone number depending on your provider.
